We will accept Advance Orders and prices until Thursday Oct 8th.
The Fort Smith Convention Center has services available for Exhibitors, Water hookup, Wired Internet. Order form is returned to Women's Living Expo. Note: very light use wifi is available for exhibitors who do not have cellular connections available. This is a low user number connection and use is limited, and reliabilty is not 100%. If you need dependable high bandwidth or heavy internet for your booth, please order a wired connection.
Our Expo Decorator is Sunbelt. You can pre-order extra furniture and other items directly from our decorator.
Parking for Exhibitors & the Public is Free, however we ask that all Exhibitors park in the South lots on Saturday and Sunday
Materials may be shipped directly to the Fort Smith Convention Center, to be received no earlier than Thursday October 8th.
Labels for shipments must be identified with "Fort Smith Women’s Living Expo" and the booth number.
